To completely avoid errors in tolerances and settings that are typical of fragmented electronic plant, we use complex machinery under computer integrated manufacturing control with simultaneous operations, able to work on all production parts (tenoning work, milling, drilling, etc.).
To guarantee and prolong the life and resistance to any attempted break-ins, the details of the hardware, jambs, hinges, swinging-overturning system, etc. are positioned on holes and slots made with extreme precision by the same machinery.
The water seals and the continual aeration of all the wooden parts are ensured by a wide groove with several slots for the condensate outlet and by two continuous elastomer seals of high and constant elasticity mounted on all the perimeters of the wings.
