INCENTIVES IN FORCE
ENERGY REQUALIFICATION
With the new incentives for the replacement of old windows, you can save up to 50% or 65% on the total amount of the expenditure.
Deduction rate:
✓ 50% on the total amount of the expenditure from 01/01/2018 to 31/12/2020 for single housing units;
✓ 65% on the total amount of the expenditure from 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2020 for works that involve the common parts of blocks of flats or all the housing units that compose the block of flats.
Maximum permissible deduction limit: 60.000 euros per each housing unit
